摘要:
目的:了解江苏省消化内科和炎症性肠病治疗中心的医护人员对炎症性肠病病人家庭肠内营养管理的认知和行为现状,并分析其影响因素,以期为促进炎症性肠病家庭肠内营养管理的规范化提供依据。 方法:采取便利抽样法,使用自行设计的调查问卷对 2020年 9月至 12月江苏省 52所医院的消化内科或炎症性肠病治疗中心的医护人员进行调查。 结果:医护人员对家庭肠内营养管理的认知、行为得分依次为(22.84 ± 3.25)分、(30.29 ±7.80)分,得分率依次为 91.36%、60.58%。单因素分析显示,职称、是否参加过相关培训、科室是否成立营养支持团队是认知得分的影响因素(P < 0.05);年龄、职称、工作年限、是否参加过相关培训、科室是否成立营养支持团队和认知得分是行为得分的影响因素(P < 0.05)。 结论:医护人员对 IBD病人家庭肠内营养管理的认知较好,行为有待进一步加强,有必要加强相关培训和亟需构建一套规范化的管理方案。
Abstract:
Objective: This study was aimed to investigate the status of cognition and behavior of medical staff on the management of home enteral nutrition in patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in department of Gastroenterology and IBD center in Jiangsu Province, and the associated factors were evaluated to provide basis for the standardized management of home enteral nutrition in patients with IBD. Methods: From September to December 2020, a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the medical staff of gastroenterology departments and IBD center in 52 hospitals in Jiangsu Province. Results: The cognitive and behavioral scores of the medical staff on home enteral nutrition management were (22.84 ± 3.25) and (30.29 ± 7.80), and the scoring rates were 91.36% and 60.58%, respectively. Univariate analysis showed that professional title, participating in relevant training, and having a nutritional support team were associated with cognitive score. Whereas age,professional title, working years, participating in relevant training, having a nutritional support team, and cognitive score were related to behavioral score (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Medical staff have a good understanding of home enteral nutrition management in IBD patients, and their behavior needs to be further strengthened. It is necessary to strengthen relevant training and build a standardized management scheme urgently.
