摘要:
目的:探讨“互联网+”医护一体化模式在胃癌术后病人家庭营养管理中的应用效果。 方法:将2020年1月至2020年5月收治的40例接受胃癌根治术的胃癌病人纳入对照组,给予常规的营养管理;将2020年6月至2021年1月收治的40例接受胃癌根治术的胃癌病人作为观察组,在对照组基础上实施“互联网+”医护一体化模式的营养管理方案。比较两组干预后1个月、3个月、6个月的营养指标(白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、握力、三头肌皮褶厚度),比较两组出院时及出院6个月后的营养风险筛查(NRS 2002)、患者主观整体评估(PG-SGA)分级情况。 结果:干预1个月、3个月、6个月后观察组白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、上肢握力、三头肌皮褶厚度指标较对照组高(P < 0.05),NRS 2002及SGA评分较对照组改善(P < 0.05)。 结论“:互联网+”医护一体化模式可有效改善胃癌术后病人营养状况。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the application effect of“Internet+ ”integration medical care mode in the family nutrition management of patients after gastric cancer surgery. Methods: Forty patients who received radical gastrectomy from January 2020 to May 2020 were enrolled as control group,and were given regular nutritional management;Forty patients who received radical gastrectomy from June 2020 to January 2021 were enrolled as the observation group,and were given "Internet + " nutrition management model on the basis of the control group. The nutritional indexes(Albumin,prealbumin, hemoglobin, grip strength, triceps skin fold thickness)of the two groups were compared at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after the intervention,Nutritional risk screening (NRS-2002) and patient subjective comprehensive nutrition assessment (PG-SGA) grades at discharge from the hospital and 6 months after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results: The indexes of albumin, prealbumin, hemoglobin, grip strength and triceps skin fold thickness of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05). The scores of the Nutrition Risk Screening 2002 and Patient-Generated Subjective Global Assessment were improved compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: The "Internet + " integration medical care mode can effectively improve the nutrition status of patients after gastric cancer surgery.
