目的:调查河北省产科专业医务人员营养治疗认知现状,为规范围生期营养的管理,推广孕期营养门诊的必要性提供依据。 方法:通过网络填写《河北省产科医护营养认知调查问卷》,并统计分析结果。 结果:河北省11个地级市的544名医护人员参与调查。营养知识得分(K分)为(63.07 ± 16.26)分,营养态度得分(A分)为(76.10 ± 12.90)分,营养行为得分(P分)为(69.92 ± 16.63)分;营养知识与态度、知识与行为、态度与行为存在正相关(P < 0.05);不同职业、学历、工作年限、职称的医务人员营养知识得分之间无统计学差异(P > 0.05),不同职业、工作年限、职称的医务人员营养态度得分之间存在显著性差异(P < 0.05),不同医院性质、职业、工作年限、职称的医务人员营养行为得分之间存在显著性差异(P < 0.05);医务人员营养知识获取途径前三位分别是工作时间中摸索、积累(24.08%),阅读有关书籍、学术期刊(23.35%),参加会议、培训(23.16%)。 结论:河北省产科专业医务人员对营养治疗态度积极度,但需要提高营养知识和行为的掌握程度,因此应推广围产营养门诊的规范建设,加强对产科专业医务人员的营养学术培训。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate nutritional knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of medical staff in the obstetric profession in Hebei Province to regulate the management of nutrition during childbirth,and to provide basis for the necessity of promotion of clinical nutrition during pregnancy. Methods: To fill in the "Nutrition Cognition Questionnaire of Obstetrics Medical and Nursing staff in Hebei Province ",the results were statistically analyzed after the survey. Results: 544 medical andnursing staff from 11 prefecture-level cities in Hebei Province filled the survey. The total score of nutritional knowledge, attitude, practice were(63.07 ± 16.26)(, 76.10 ± 12.90)(, 69.92 ± 16.63).There is a positive correlation between nutrition knowledge and attitude, knowledge and behavior, attitude and behavior (P < 0.05); There was no statistical difference in the nutritional knowledge scores of medical staff in different hospitals by nature, occupation, educational background, working years, and professional title (P > 0.05). There are significant differences in the nutritional attitude scores of medical staff of different occupations, working years, and professional titles (P < 0.05). There are significant differences in the nutritional behavior scores of medical staff in different hospitals by nature, occupation, working years, and professional titles (P < 0.05); The top three ways of obtaining nutritional knowledge among medical staff participating in the survey were groping and accumulation during working hours(24.08%), reading related books and academic journals (23.35%), attending meetings and training (23.16%). Conclusion: At present, the obstetric professional medical staff in Hebei Province have a positive attitude towards nutrition treatment, but the mastery of nutrition knowledge and behavior needs to be improved, we need promote the standardized construction of perinatal nutrition clinic, and strengthen the nutrition academic training for obstetric professional medical staffs.
