摘要:
目的:感染及其并发症是重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)病人死亡的重要原因。然而,目前对SAP病人外周血微生物菌群的研究却十分有限。本研究旨在探讨SAP病人血液中细菌DNA谱图组成特征。 方法:应用基于16S rDNA的高通量测序技术,对33名SAP病人进行了观察研究,以确定血液的细菌DNA谱图。 结果:测序结果表明,在 SAP 病人的外周血,检测到由多种细菌 DNA 构成的微生物群,主要由变形菌门(Proteobacteria)(56.6 ±18.2)%、拟杆菌门(Bacteriodetes)(20.5 ± 12.4)%、硬壁菌门(Firmicutes)(15.0 ± 9.5)%和放线菌门(Actinobacteria)(5.2 ± 3.1)%组成。这些细菌大多数(> 80%)为肠道共生菌或条件致病菌。 结论:本研究初步确定了SAP病人外周血细菌DNA谱图特征,外周血菌群形成可能是肠道菌群易位的结果,研究结果为SAP病人肠源性感染的诊断和防治提供了参考。
Abstract:
Objective: Infectious complications are an important cause of death for patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Yet, our knowledge about details of the blood microbial landscape in SAP patients remains limited. The objective of this study was to explore the presence of the blood bacterial DNA in SAP patients. Methods: Thirty three SAP patients were observed, and the microbiomes of the blood bacterial DNA were identified by 16S rDNA-based next-generation sequencing technique. Results: Based on the sequencing data, a diverse bacterial microbiome was found in the peripheral blood from the SAP patients. The microbiomes are mainly consisted of Proteobacteria (56.6 ± 18.2) % , Bacteriodetes (20.5 ± 12.4) % , Firmicutes (15.0 ± 9.5) % and Actinobacteria (5.2 ± 3.1) % . Most of these bacteria (>80%) are symbiotic or opportunistic bacteria in the gut. Conclusion: We present an initial description of the blood bacterial DNA profiles in SAP patients, which can offer the novel evidence for the existence of the blood microbiome.
