摘要:
目的:总结对 3D 打印支架封堵肠瘘病人实施肠内营养的护理经验。 方法:收集并分析东部战区总医院普通外科放置肠瘘支架的肠瘘病人的临床资料,探讨肠瘘支架置入前后对病人的影响,总结本中心对肠瘘支架放置病人的护理经验。 结果:本研究共纳入 13 例肠瘘病人,1 例由于严重肺部感染死亡。置入肠瘘支架后病人肠液平均漏出量显著减少(P < 0.05),可耐受运动时间较置入前显著延长(P < 0.05)。置入支架后成功恢复肠内营养时间耗时(2 ± 1)d,营养治疗后白蛋白以及前白蛋白水平均显著好转(P < 0.05)。 结论:通过 3D 打印肠瘘支架临时恢复肠瘘病人肠道连续性,配合相应的护理管理,可早期恢复病人肠内营养,保障病人快速恢复。
Abstract:
Objective: To summarize the care experience for patients with enteral nutrition after placement of 3Dprinted intestinal fistula stent. Methods: In this study, we collected and analyzed the clinical data of intestinal fistulapatients with intestinal fistula stents placed in the Research Institute of General Surgery, Jinling Hospital. The effects offistula stents were evaluated by comparing clinical data and nutrition status before and after the implantation of thestents. In this way, our center’s nurse experience for intestinal fistula stent-placed patients were summarized. Results: Atotal of 13 patients with intestinal fistula were included in this study, and one case died due to severe pulmonaryinfection. After the placement of intestinal fistula stent, the average volume of intestinal fistula fluids was significantlyreduced (P < 0.05), and the tolerable exercise time was significantly prolonged compared to before placement (P < 0.05).The resumption of enteral nutrition required(2 ± 1)d, and the levels of albumin and pre-albumin were significantlyimproved with enteral nutrition therapy (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Temporary restoration of intestinal continuity inpatients with intestinal fistula through 3D-printed intestinal fistula stent, together with the corresponding nursingmanagement, can restore enteral nutrition at an early stage and guarantee the rapid recovery of patients.
